Ingredients

    1 cup wheat flour
    1 cup white flour
    3 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 cup oil (nutrition info uses sunflower oil)

Directions

Mix flours, baking powder and salt. Cut in oil. Add milk all at once and stir until a soft ball forms. Knead 20 times. Roll out dough to 1/2 inch and use a cup or biscuit cutter to make 18 biscuits.

Bake at 425 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
