Ingredients

    1 Hormel Extra Lean Center Cut Loin Filet (i.7 lbs)
    1 can Ro-tel (10 oz)
    1 can black beans (15 oz)
    2 cans pinto beans (15 oz)
    1 can hominy (29 oz)
    i can diced green chile (4 oz)
    3 medium chopped onions
    1 TBS olive oil

Directions

Pour 1 TBS olive oil in large pan. Add chopped onions and pork loin cut in bite sized pieces. Cut ten minutes. Add all other ingredients. Cook on medium low for one hour.
