Introduction
I had an enchuilada burger in a local restaurant and it was delish! So I had to try and make a healthier version at home. This isn't the lowest in sodium, but until I find a healthier green chili sauce, it's not too bad! I had an enchuilada burger in a local restaurant and it was delish! Ingredients

La Favorita Flour Tortilla, 2 serving (remove)
505 Medium Southwestern Green Chile Sauce, 64 gram (remove)
Iceberg Lettuce (salad), 44 grams (remove)
King Soopers Fresh Salsa - Mild, 8 tbsp (remove)
*Kroger Reduced Fat Sour Cream, 2 tbsp (remove)
Lauras Lean Ground Beef 8%, 8 oz (remove)
Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese (2 oz), 2 oz (remove)
Directions
Cook burgers on grill, or in pan with cooking spray. While burgers are cooking, mix sour cream with Green Chili and set aside.
Heat tortillas in microwave in plastic ziploc bag. Place tortilla on plate, put teaspoon of green chili mixture on corner of tortilla. Place 1 burger on top. Drop teaspoon of green chili mixture on top of burger. Wrap tortilla around burger and tuck ends underneath. Split rest of green chili between burgers over top of the tortillas. Top each wih 1 oz. of cheese and 2 tbsp. of Sandy's Pico de Gallo. Her recipe is awesome and here on Spark! Microwave until cheese is melted.
Top with shredded lettuce and serve.
