    1-15 ounce can of black beans
    2 cups of brown rice, cooked
    12 ounces of frozen corn
    2 Tbsp chicken boullion granules
    2 tsp Onions, dehydrated
    Pepper (to taste)


Cook the rice according to directions. Drain and rinse the black beans. Add beans, corn, and boullion to rice and simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Makes 6 cups..
