Ingredients

    1 cup rice
    2 cups chicken broth
    1 cup Picante sauce
    2 Tbsp Bacon grease

Directions

Melt bacon grease in pan, add rice. Brown, stirring constantly. Once brown, add chicken broth and picante sauce. Cook covered approximately 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
Makes 6 servings.
