2 Flour Tortillas
Refried beans (to cover tortilla)
Salsa (to taste)
Shredded Cheese
Directions
This recipe makes one Taco Pizza and can be divided into two small servings for an appetizer or served as one serving for a main dish.
Preheat oven to 425. Grease cake pan.
Put first tortilla in bottom of pan. Using a spoon, spread the refried beans to cover the tortilla leaving a .5 inch space around the edges. Cover beans with salsa. Spread salsa to ensure even coverage. Top off with shredded cheese.
Put this in the oven for 5 minutes. Remove and place the second tortilla on top. Make sure to press the two together to ensure the ingredients are sealed. Put back in the oven until top tortilla begins to crisp.
Remove and immediately plate the dish by flipping the cake pan upside down over the plate. Cut the pizza into eights. Serve.
