    6 oz Yoplait Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt (or any plain nonfat greek yogurt of you choosing)
    1 tsp ground cinnamon
    1 packet Truvia natural sweetener( or sweetener of your choice)

Directions

Add cinnamon and Truvia to the yogurt container and mix., or place in small bowl and mix.

    This is one of my favorite desserts, although I prefer Fage Total 0 brand over Yoplait - it's good with apple pieces mixed into it, too - 10/7/10

    I have a sweet tooth, so I added a couple extra packets of sweetener (I used Equal). It was delicious!!! I think this would taste great on toast for breakfast or snack. :) - 5/19/12

    Agree with Fage Total 0 is better. For a fruity yogurt you can put a couple of drops of MiO water flavoring. I like the berry pomagranite - 5/10/11
