    2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder (or chocolate)
    2 cups nonfat milk
    1 small ripe banana
    2 cups plain or vanilla nonfat yogurt
    2 TBSP Smart Balance Omega Creamy Peanut Butter


Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

    Very Good
    This shake is very good. I used a combination of fat free vanilla and plain yogurt and only 1 TBSP of natural peanut butter. It tasted mainly of banana with a hint of peanut butter. - 7/3/13
