Ingredients

    9 oz. Chopped grilled chicken breast
    1 C Chopped red pepper
    1/4 C Chopped sweet onion
    1 C chopped celery
    2 tsp. fresh Jalepeno Pepper (or to taste)
    1/2 C Diced Apple
    1 tsp. Fresh Ginger
    4 tsp. Horseradish Mustard
    1 tsp. yellow mustard
    1 packet stevia powder (1 gr.)
    Sea Salt and Pepper to taste


Directions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and season to taste. Spoon a cup of chicken salad mixture and place over a bed of lettuce. Garnish as desired. Enjoy!
