Introduction

These should really have pure pumpkin in them, but I couldn't find any so I substituted canned yams in a sweet syrup. These should really have pure pumpkin in them, but I couldn't find any so I substituted canned yams in a sweet syrup.

Ingredients

    2 cups canned yams in sweet syrup (don't use syrup)
    1 Betty Crocker Spice Cake Mix

Directions

Mix the canned yams and cake mix together. Spoon into muffin tins (either greased or use muffin cups). Bake at 350 for 18-22 minutes.
