Introduction

Another family favorite I've tried to make into a healthier version. Another family favorite I've tried to make into a healthier version.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb. extra lean ground beef
    1/2 lb. low-fat American cheese, cubed
    1 small onion, chopped
    12 oz. whole wheat noodles
    1 can 98% fat free condensed cream of mushroom
    2 c. water
    salt & pepper to taste

Directions

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients by hand as you would meat loaf. Place into a 9x13" pan and bake for 30 minutes. Stir well and continue baking another 20-30 minutes until lightly browned. Cut into 12 squares.
