Ingredients

    potatoes, peled and cut into cubes
    1 packag frozwn corn, thawed
    2 can chicken broth
    2 celery ribs chopped
    1 jalepeno pepper minced
    1 T mincd garlic
    1.5 T chili powder
    1.5 t salt
    1.5 t black pepper
    1 cup fat free half and half

Directions

Place all ingredients except cream into slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours or until potatoes are tender.

Stir in cream.Using a potato masher, partially mash the potatoes untill chowder is at desiered consistency.

Top with cooked crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese and/or corn chips if desired (not included in the calorie count)
