Introduction

Ingredients

    3/8 cup Non-Fat Vanilla Yogurt
    1 medium banana
    1 medium kiwi fruit w/ peel
    2 oz Orange Juice
    1/2 oz 2% milk
    approx 1 cup or so of ice

Directions

In a blender with the ice, add all the ingredients: yogurt, banana, kiwi fruit (peeled or just scooped out of the peel/skin), orange juice and about 1/2 oz of milk. Blend mixture on "chopping" speed to chop the ice and then on "Blend" to throughly mix the ingredients.

This makes approx (1) 16oz serving.
