Introduction

Modified with 2% cottage cheese and 2% mozzarella cheese Modified with 2% cottage cheese and 2% mozzarella cheese

Ingredients

    12 Lasagna Noodles Uncooked
    1 tsp Italian Seasoning
    1.25 lbs Ground Turkey 93/7
    28 0z Spaghetti Sauce
    1/4 cup water
    16 oz 2% Cottage Cheese
    2 Cups 2% Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

Spray bottom of slow cooker with non-stick spray
Break noodles in half and line the bottom of the pan with a third of the noodles
Stir Italian seasoning into browned ground turkey (add onion and garlic)
Spread half of the noodles over the noodles
Combine sauce, water and benfiber and layer a third over the meat.
Then layer half the mozzarella and then half the cottage cheese over the saice.
Repeat layer and top with a thirf of the lasagna noodles, sauce and cheeses.
Cook on low for 4-5 hours. Do not cook for over 5 hours.
