    *Italian Sausage, Bulk, 16 oz
    Apples, fresh, 2 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l
    Raisins, .75 cup, packed
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long)
    Shallots, 6 tbsp chopped
    *Bullion - Chicken - Wyler's x 1 Cube, 3 serving
    *Bread - Stuffing - Pepperidge Farms - Cubed Herbed Seasoned, 4.5 cup
    Sage, ground, 1 tbsp
    Salt, 1 tsp
    butter 2 tbsp


chop vegetables and cook in butter. move to side of skillet. Cook ground sausage. Combine with veggies and fruit. Add bullion cubes to 2 cups of boiling water. Combine bread crumbs with meat and veggie mix and then pour water/bullion over stuffing. Stir to combine.
Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 30 minutes.
