Introduction

This is a quick post-workout favorite of mine. I always try to incorporate some type of green vegetable like asparagus or fresh baby spinach leaves. For a little variety, add 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast and mild salsa to kick up the flavor a notch! This is a quick post-workout favorite of mine. Ingredients

    1/2 cup egg whites (from carton)
    1 cup of onion/pepper mix
    1 tomato wedge
    4 asparagus spears
    1tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
    salt & pepper to taste
    1 tsp. minced garlic

Directions

saute veggies in olive oil until tender. pour in egg whites, scramble until done. sprinkle with parmesean cheese.
