    2 cups uncooked spiral pasta
    1/2lb ground turkey
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    1 can diced tomatos
    1/2 cup diced turkey pepperoni
    4.5 tsp sugar
    1 tsp Italian seasoning
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp dried oregano
    1/4 tsp onion powder
    2 cups shredded cheddar cheese


Cook pasta according to box.
Meanwhile in a large skillet cook the ground turkey, mushrooms and green pepper over medium heat until cooked through. Drain. Add diced tomatoes pepperoni, sugar and seasonings. Cook and stir for 5 mins. Stir cooked, drained pasta into mixture. Sprinkle with cheese.
