Ingredients

3 Cups Flour
1 1/2 Cups Rolled Oats
3 Cups Sugar
1 Tbsp Baking Soda
3/4 tsp Baking Powder
1 Tbsp Cloves
1 Tbsp Cinnamon
1 Tbsp Nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp Allspice
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 Large (796ml ) Can Pumpkin (not pie filling)
1 Cup Unsweetened Applesauce
4 Eggs
Directions
Makes 36 muffins.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line muffin tins with paper liners.
In a large bowl stir together flour, oats, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt and spices. In a medium bowl beat together eggs, applesauce and pumpkin. Add the egg mixture to the flour mixture and stir until moistened. Spoon batter into muffin tins.
Bake at 350 for 22-25 minutes.
