Ingredients

1 box whole wheat penne
1 med. green bell pepper
1/4 c. green onion chopped (scallion)
1 can Spagetti Sauce (your favorite)
1.5 c. cottage cheese
1/2 c. part-skim mozarella
3 olives cut into pieces
1 package of Turkey Kielbasa
2 cloves garlic minced
1 Tbsp black pepper
Directions
Makes approximately 12 1-cup servings
1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Cook noodles per directions
3. While noodles are cooking cut up sausage, bell peppers, green onion and garlic. Saute in skillet *I didn't use oil, water from bell peppers was perfect!
4. Mix noodles, cottage cheese and spagetti sauce together. Top with sausage and bell peppers. Add Cheese and olives.
5. Cook in oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
