Introduction

For this nutritional profile, I used sugar free gelatin. It's what I had on hand. Most of the time, I'd probably use regular gelatin. I was taking this to a church potluck, so I prepared it in an 11x15 pan. Again, the usual would be a regular 9x13 pan. For this nutritional profile, I used sugar free gelatin. Ingredients

    6 cups sliced peaches
    1 box peach flavored gelatin
    1 cup sugar
    1 box yellow cake mix
    2 cups very cold water
    1 cube butter, melted

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Spread peaches across the bottom of pan. Sprinkle dry gelatin evenly over the peaches. Then place sugar over this in the same manner. Place dry cake mix over everything and pat down gently. Cover with water. (Do not mix it in.) Pour melted butter into the water. Bake in oven for 1 hour. Makes 24 2.5 inch square servings.
