Introduction

I sort of cheated, used more olive oil than called because of amount of chard mix. I also used beef broth because of not realizing I didnt have veggie/chicken broth. Ingredients

    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 teaspoon garlic
    1 lb. bag of Epic Roots Chard Mix
    1 cup vegetable or chicken broth
    sea salt or black pepper to taste

Directions

Serves 5
Serving Size: 1 1/2 cups
Servings Per container: about 5

Heat the olive oil in a large saute pan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until soft. Stir in the Chard mix and saute until the leaves are wilted. Add broth and cook, covered for about 10 more minutes, or until the chard is tender. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
