Ingredients

    1 c. all purpose flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    3/4 c. oat bran
    4 tbsp. flax seed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. ground nutmeg
    1 tsp. ground allspice
    1.5 tsp. grounjd cinnamon
    .5 ground cloves
    1 can pumpkin puree
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. applesauce
    1 c. organic low fat vanilla yogurt
    2 egg whites
    1 egg
    1/3 c. water

Directions

mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together and mix. Bake 350 degrees for 16-18 minutes.
