Ingredients


    Heinz Fat Free Chicken Gravy, 1/4 cup, 6 serving [whole jar]
    Low Fat Sour Cream, 4 tbsp
    Poppy seed, 2 tbsp
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces [cooked, left overs, shredded]
    NABISCO, Reduced Fat Ritz Crackers, 35 crackers [save 5 for topping.] Crush in a plastic bag.

Directions

Mix ingredients in 9x9 Pyrex dish.
Mix all ingredients except 5 crackers.
Spread evenly in the dish.
Top with remaining 5 crushed crackers.
Bake at 325 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Serve with broccoli.
One serving has less than two diabetic carbs.
