Ingredients

1/3 cup soft butter
1/2 cup honey
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup chocolate chips or raisins
1 cup granola or chopped nuts
Directions
First preheat the oven to 350
Put in a large bowl: butter & Honey
Mix them up well with a wooden spoon or beater until there are no lumps. The stir in: Egg & Vanilla.
Sift together: Whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt & cinnamon.
Pour the flour mixture into the butter mixture and stir it all up well, until you can't see any more flour. Then add: chocolate chips or raisins & granola or chopped nuts.
Mix everything together and drop teaspoonfuls of dough on cookie sheets (ungreased). Bake about 10-12 minutes, until the cookies are golden brown. Take the cookies off the baking sheets with a spatula, and let them cool. Makes about 48 cookies.
