Introduction
Served over brown rice, this stir fry is a meal by itself. I used Safeway brand marinade, but find this marinade available in many other brands. This is a great dish for left over vegetables. Ingredients

1 cup purple onion
1/2 cup bell pepper (green, red or yellow), chopped into large pieces
1 cup fresh sliced mushrooms
1 cup raw carrots, sliced
16 oz thinly sliced top sirloin or other lean steak
1/2 cup Ginger &Sesame Teriyaki marinade
1TBL Olive oil
Pepper to taste
Directions
Makes about 5 servings
Cut steak into thin stir-fry pieces, place in a bowl with 1/2 cup marinade. Mix well. Let stand in refrigerator at least 20 minutes.
In a large fry pan, heat 1 tablespoon olive oil. Add the onion and carrots, sauté until carrots start to become tender. Add remaining veg, continue to sauté until all vegs. are tender crisp. Remove to a bowl. Add marinated steak to hot pan. Cook until steak begins to brown, about half way done. Add veg. to steak; stir frequently until beef is to desired doneness.
Serve over alone or over rice.
