Ingredients

1 pound Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey
    1-1/2 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
    1/8 teaspoon Tabasco Sauce
    1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1 medium yellow onion (thinly sliced)
4 Orowheat Whole Grain White Sandwich Thins

    For mayo:
    4 Tbsp Hellman's Mayo w/ EVOO
    1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, blue cheese, chives, hot pepper sauce, Worcestershire sauce, black pepper, salt, and mustard. Cover, and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Mix together mayo, garlic powder, worcestershire sauce, and cayenne pepper. Refrigerate until ready to dress burgers.

Saute sliced onion in a little EVOO on medium heat for about 15 minutes.

Once onions are cooking, heat another skillet to medium-high and form meat into 4 patties. Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray and cook patties for 5 minutes on each side.

While burgers are cooking, cook bacon slices in seperate small skillet and drain on paper towels when done.

To make burgers, spread 1 tbsp of mayo on sandwich thin top and bottom. Place burger patty on bottom and layer with 1/4 of sauteed onion slices, 1 tbsp blue cheese crumbles, and 2 slices of turkey bacon. Repeat for remaining 3 burgers.
