Introduction

This is MY take on the Starbucks Banana Chocolate Vivanno smoothie. It may not be all that much less in calories, but it sure is a lot less expensive! Ingredients

    Half a banana
    One scoop of Whole Nectar Whole Soy Protein Powder (or whatever you have)
    2 T of unsweetened cocoa powder (more or less, depending)
    1 T of Almond Butter
    1 T of instant coffee granules
    Liquid Stevia (or agave nectar) to taste
    1 c cold water
    a handful of ice

Directions

Put all ingredients in a blender or VitaMix (ice first, banana, powders, butter, water, Stevia) and blend according to the manufacturer's instructions until smooth.

Makes 1 serving
