    1 pkg. of 4 Bruce Aidells fully cooked chicken & apple sausage
    1 cup Tomato Sauce
    1 8 oz. pkg. Zatarain's Jambalaya Mix

Directions

1. Prepare package as directed without oil, and replace 1/2 cup of water with tomatoe sauce.

2. Each serving gets 1 1/2 cup rice.
