Milk, nonfat, 0.5 cup
Cheese - Kraft Fat Free Cheese Slice, 2 serving
Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, strips
Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, sliced
Bread, mixed-grain, 1 slice, large that is pre-dried in oven overnight
President's Choice Prepared Dijon Mustard, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
Directions
Break off Bread into squre pieces .
Mix Egg + milk + mustard + black pepper in a bowl.
Line small shallow baking dish with nonstick spray.
Layer starting with bread pieces.
Add green pepper and onions on the bread.
Layer cheese slices.
Pour Egg mixture over everything
Sprinkle breadcrumbs (from breaking off bread)
Cover dish with foil.
Bake in over at 375degrees for 30 minutes.
