Introduction

I am not for sure the calorie count for this item? I have never done a recipe on here. This is my first one. I know the pork chop count is right for 1 (4oz) Chop. Everything is based on 1 serving. Ingredients

    * You will need one can of chicken broth (99% fat free) sometimes I use two cans, depending on the amount I am cooking.

    * Two cups of minute whole grain rice or enough to fully line your baking dish (about a half inch deep)

    * 6 Pork Chops (4 oz center cut chops)

    * 1 onion

    * 1 green pepper

    * 1 tomato

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Brown the pork chops on the stove eye using Pam cooking spray if needed, lightly salt and pepper

Spray cooking dish lightly with Pam and line with the rice, then lay pork chops on the rice, slice the green pepper and lay on each pork chop, slice the onion and lay on each pork chop, and do the same with the tomato. Then pour the chicken broth over all your ingredients and bake for 45-60 minutes depending on the rice. I usually salt and pepper before baking. (optional)

This is a hit with my four boys and my enitre family. You can really adjust this recipe to fit your family size, really no wrong way of adding ingredients. If you want more rice or vegetables, just had extra broth to accomodate for the rice.
Very simply, very easy, super delicious!
