Introduction

Ingredients

Ham (8 oz package), diced
5 medium potatoes, diced small
1 head of broccoli (2 cups) chopped
2.75 cups low fat, shredded cheese
8 oz Velveeta (light or low fat)
1 can evaporated milk
1 egg
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350
Dice the potatoes, chop the broccoli, mix with the ham.
Melt the Velveeta in the microwave, then add the other cheese and stir (reheat if neccessary)
Add the milk and egg, blend thoroughly then mix with the ham mix.
Grease a 13x9 pan and pour all ingredients into the pan.
Bake for about 30 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
