Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

    1 stick Butter
    2 Cups Sugar
    1/2 Cup Milk
    Pinch of salt
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
    3 Tbsp peanut butter
    2 Cups Oats

Directions

Add Butter, sugar, milk, cocoa, and salt in sauce pan, over medium heat.
Stir occasionally until it comes to a boil. Once it starts boiling, stir constantly for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla and peanut butter.
Finally add oats and still.
Pour/drop out onto wax paper or foil to make individual cookies.
Let cool and dry completely then eat!
Makes about 25 cookies
