Ingredients

2 cups Bisquick (Heart Healthy)
.5 cup wheat bran
1.25 cups 1% milk
.25 cup egg sub
1 tsp vanilla
2 tsp Splenda
Directions
Mix dry ingrdients. Add wet. Stir until moistened. (add a little water if thick)
Cook on preheated griddle or fry pan until golden on each side.
I like to put some goat cheese softened in microwave, on top of pancake, for 15 secs. Then cover with sugar free syrup*.
