Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 lb ground pork
    1 large egg
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    2 tablespoons parsley
    1 medium onion, minced
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Combine all ingredients, bake at 400 degrees. After 30 minutes pour off excess fat and glaze with ketchup and brown sugar if desired. Bake 15 minutes more, be sure it is cooked through. Great with a baked potato and veggies.
