Ingredients

    1/2 Stick Butter
    1 Can Evaporated Milk (aprox. 5 oz)
    1 Red Bell Pepper, cut in strips
    1 Yellow Bell Pepper, cut in strips
    1 Orange Bell Pepper, cut in strips
    1 Small Onion, cut in strips
    1 cup sliced Carrots
    2 cup shredded Cabbage
    1 cup diced Celery

Directions

Place butter and all vegetables in a skillet or wok on Med. High heat. Saute until tender. Stir in Evaporated milk, cover, and let simmer 10 minutes or until tender stirring Occasionally.

Can be served over rice or noodles. (not included in calories)

Makes up to 6 1-cup servings.
