Ingredients

3 tbsp cup flour
3/4 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
20 oz. Chicken Breast
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 tbsp capers
1/2 cup Marsala Wine
1 cup chicken stock
1 tbsp corn starch
4 oz. No Yolks Egg Noodles
2 tbsp Land O Lakes Light Butter
Directions
Chicken Marsala

Slice chicken breast into cutlet size portions.
Mix cornstarch in a small dish with about 1.5 tbsp water.
Heat med/large skillet on high
Dust the chicken with the flour
Add the olive oil to hot pan. Add the chicken and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side. Add half the garlic, capers and marsala to the pan and let reduce the liquid to about half. Add chicken stock and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low/medium and cook for about 2-3 minutes. Remove the chicken and add the corn starch mixture. Continue until sauce is at a light boil and thickened.
Pasta Oleo

Cook the egg noodles.
Heat the butter in a pan and add half the garlic. Saute the garlic for about 30 seconds, then add the noodles and add salt and pepper to taste.
