    Organic Free Range Chicken Breast (no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed), 1 cup Orange Juice, and spices to taste:

    * Basil, 2 tbsp
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Pepper, black, 1 dash
    * Thyme, ground, 1 tsp
    * Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (Optional for sauteeing)
    * Paprika, 1 tsp

Directions

Marinate the chicken overnight in a ZipLoc bag, and grill or saute in a pan sprayed with olive oil until done. I serve this over a salad.
