Ingredients
* Brookdale Roast Beef, 1 serving (remove)
* *broccoli, 16 oz (remove)
* Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup, shredded (remove)
* *Bisquik, 1.0 cup (remove)
* Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)
* Milk, 2%, 1.33 cup (remove)
* Salt, .5 tsp (remove)
* Pepper, red or cayenne, .25 tbsp (remove)
* Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
Directions
Drain juice from the12 oz can of beef and reserve for later use.
Combine Roast beef, cheddar cheese, broccoli, and onions in a big bowl and mix. Spread evenly in a 13" X 9" greased pyrex baking pan. Set aside.
In another container combine remaining ingredients including the juice from the canned beef and mix well.
Pour this mixture evenly into the baking dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 35 - 42 minutes till a tooth pick stuck in the center comes out clean.
Cool slightly, cut into eight pieces and serve. Leftovers can be placed in a big plastic bowl with an air tight lid and stored for up to 1 week.
