Introduction

This should be a brunch, it has enough calories for lunch and breakfast, and we only eat this when we skip breakfast due to our schedules. This should be a brunch, it has enough calories for lunch and breakfast, and we only eat this when we skip breakfast due to our schedules.

Ingredients

2 Sausage patties - I use Bob Evans
    2 Medium slices Bacon
1 slice of Sliced Ham - cut in half
2 Fried eggs (or scrambled, your choice)
2 Slices Swiss (or any cheese)
2 Frozen hashbrown patties - grill 'til crispy
2 Wheat buns or any sandwich buns

Directions

This makes two sandwiches, like the enormous omelet sandwiches from Burger King - literally just cook all the ingredients (separately) and layer on the bun. To "crisp" the bun I often just toss it on the griddle for a minute or in the oven for a minute.

Makes two sandwiches.
