Ingredients

    1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
    1 Cup Buttermilk or 1 Cup Milk with 1 Tblsp Lemon Juice
    3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
    1 Egg
    1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
    2 Small Bananas, mashed
    1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips
    1 Tsp Baking Powder
    1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
    1/4 Tsp Salt
    1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
    1 Tblsp Ground Flax Seed

Directions

Preheat Oven to 375.
Combine Oats and Buttermilk and set aside for 5 minutes.
Combine Flour, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Salt, Cinnamon, and Flax in a bowl.
Combine Egg, Yogurt, and Sugar in a large bowl and beat. Add Oats and Buttermilk mixture, and mix. Then add flour mixture until just mixed. Fold in bananas and chocolate chips.
Bake 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
