Meatless version of Wendy's Salad I've whipped up. Meatless version of Wendy's Salad I've whipped up.
Number of Servings: 1


    1/2 C. Shredded Bib Lettuce

    1/4 C. Pecan Halves, chopped.

    1 in. Cube Sharp Cheddar Cheese, chopped.

    1 Tbsp. Dried Cranberries

    1 Tbsp. Fresh Blueberries

    1/4 C. Chopped fresh Bartlett Pear.

    1/3 C. Shredded Fresh Carrot.

    1 Tbsp. Hormel 50% Less Fat Real Bacon Bits.

    2 Tbsp. Ken's Steak House NEW Lite Raspberry Pomegranete Vinaigrette Dressing.


Clean and Prepare all fresh ingredients prior to processing and adding to Salad.

Place the Bib Lettuce as bed for all the ingredients and layer onto them as desired. Sprinkle all with the Salad Dressing and enjoy!

* Roasted Chicken is also good on this, but not included in this version.
