Ingredients

    Zucchini, 2 cup, sliced (remove)
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, 2 ear, medium (6-3/4" to 7-1/2" long) (remove)
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .33 cup (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 3 medium (remove)
    *Canola Oil, .13 cup (remove)
    salt
    pepper

Directions

Grate 2 zucchini and remove kernels from 2 ears of corn.
Combine all ingredients except oil.
Add oil to pan and fry until golden.
