Ingredients

    2 slices Sara Lee Delightful Wheat bread
    1/2 pear very thinly sliced
    1 oz gouda

Directions

Spray panini pan or George Foreman with non-stick spray and bring to high heat
Place thinly sliced pear on bread
Lay 1 oz of gouda on pear and top with other slice of bread
Place on grill for 5 minutes until thoroughly heated and cheese is melted

If you do not have a panini grill or George Foreman, you can use a pan but use something heavy like a foil wrapped brick on top and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side.
