This receipe could also be made with vanilla pudding and protein powder.Adding coconut would be tasty or even craisins and or your favorite nut. Can also leave off chocolate to lower calories.

Ingredients

1 (4 servings) box Sugar Free Instant Chocolate Pudding
11/4 C Rolled Oats
1/8 C Oat Bran
3 T Natural Chunky Peanut Butter
3/4 C Non-fat milk
1 T Wheat Bran
3/4 C 60% Dark Chocolate Chips
Directions
Line an 8 x 8 glass baking dish with waxed paper. Coat waxed paper with cooking spay.
Mix all dry ingreadients together in a large bowl. Add peanut butter and cut in with a fork until blended into small pieces.
Slowly add the milk and stir until well mixed and the batter is moist and sticky.
Use a piece of waxed paper to spread the mixture in the dish. Sprinkle with wheat bran.
Melt chocolate chips. Spread melted chocoate on top of wheat bran.
Put mixture in freezer for 30min or longer.
Pull mixture out of dish by pulling waxed paper. Turn upside down and remove waxed paper.
Cut into 12 pieces and individually wrap with waxed paper and store in fridge or freezer.
