    1 cup of Silk Light Vanilla Soymilk
    1 cup of Strawberries fresh, frozen and halved
    1 banana frozen
    1/2 cup of Quaker Old-Fashioned Oatmeal
    Blender

Directions

Liquify oats in soymilk
Whip in banana and strawberries to desired texture.
