Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage
4 large washed spinach leaves (or collard greens)
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
2 stalks of celery
10-15 baby carrots
1 1/2 cups broccoli about 10 flowerets (fresh or frozen)
10-15 green beans, french cut (fresh or frozen)
3 tbsp virgin olive oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp ground ginger
2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup slivered almonds
Directions
Dice cabbage, spinach leaves, red and green peppers, and celery and add to large bowl. Cut baby carrots in half lengthwise and add to greens. Heat olive and sesame oils in large fry-pan or wok. Add garlic, onion and ginger powders and black pepper and stir to mix. Add mixed vegetables and soy sauce. Stir fry until well coated with oil, sauce and seasonings. Add broccoli and green beans (can use fresh or frozen) and stir fry all together until cabbage is cooked. Toss in almonds and stir well. Makes 4 servings
