Introduction

3 pounds ground turkey
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 cup chopped red pepper
12 cloves grlic chopped
1 whole bottle chili sauce + 1/2 cup for top
1 cup reduced fat sour cream
2 eggs
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
5 tsp ground cumin
2 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 bunch cilanto chopped

Ingredients

    3 pounds ground turkey
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped green pepper
    1 cup chopped red pepper
    2 large jalapeno peppers, seeded anc finely chopped
    12 cloves garlic chopped
    1 cup bottled chili sauce + 1/2 cup for top
    1 cup reduced fat sour cream
    2 eggs
    3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    5 tsp ground cumin
    2 salt
    1 tsp black pepper
    1 bunch cilanto chopped

Directions

Prepare all ingredients, except turkey and place in a large bowl. Mix together, then add turkey and mix well. Pack into two loaf pans sprayed with Pam. Bake in 375 degree oven for 70 minutes or until it tests 170 degrees in center on instant read themometer. Let set for 20 minutes before cutting. Makes 16 servings (8 from each loaf pan).
