Introduction

The sodium in this is very high, but this is how it was made and I needed an accurate count. The sodium in this is very high, but this is how it was made and I needed an accurate count.
Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    2 1/2 lbs lean blade steak
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 package dry onion soup mix
    1/4 cup flour
    3 cups sliced onions

Directions

Cut meat into serving size pieces. Mix cream of mushroom soup with dry onion soup and the flour. Put meat into baking pan, cover with onions, then top with soup mixes. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 325 for 2 to 3 hours. Makes its own gravy.
