Ingredients

    Enter ingredients in order that your bread machine suggests ... this is the order mine suggests:

    1 1/3 Cups & 1 TBL warm water
    1 TBL & 3/4 tsp Vegetable Oil
    1 1/4 tsp Salt
    1 3/4 tsp Salt
    2 3/4 Cups Whole Wheat Flour
    1 Cup Bread Flour
    1 3/4 tsp Active Dry Yeast

    Bread Machine setting to dough - let machine cycle through

    - Once dough is made, remove from bread machine and place on a lightly floured surface, Divide into 10 pieces and shape each piece into a smooth ball.

    - Place 5 balls on a large baking sheet and 5 balls on another baking sheet - Let them rise for about 30 minutes.

    - With fingertips, flatten each ball into a 6 inch circle.

    - Bake at 500 Degrees Fahrenheit (260C) for 5 minutes until puffed and tops begin to brown

    - You can cut each in half to form 2 pockets.
