Ingredients

    20 oz package Jennie-O ground Turkey
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 bell peppers (any color), chopped
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    3 garlic cloves, minced
    1 Tbsp chili powder
    1 Tbsp Mrs. Dash Italian Medly, or Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb seasoning
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    2 (15 oz) cans pinto beans, with juices
    2 (14.5) cans no-salt-added diced tomatoes with juices

Directions

In large pot over medium heat, brown ground turkey. Remove from pan to another dish, set aside. Heat olive oil in pan. Add peppers, onion, celery and garlic; cook, stirring until veggies begin to soften, about 7 minutes. Return browned turkey to pan. Add chili powder, Mrs. Dash, cumin and salt, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes more.
Add beans and tomatoes wiwth their juices. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, until chili is fragrant and slightly thickened, 25 to 30 minutes. Serve warm and garnish with low fat sour cream.
Makes about 6- 1 1/2 cup servings.
